Using CSS1 and CSS2. This menu currently only works in FF-2.0.0.8, Mozilla-1.7.13 and would you believe IE 5.5, IE 6 and IE 7. Currently working in roughly 95% of browsers according to the counter.
Normal hover functioning
This menu can be easily converted from being horizontal to being vertical. When horizontal the submenus popup. When vertical the submenus flyout and up.
Tested with IE-5.5, IE-6, IE-7, FF-1.5.0.11, Mozilla-1.7.13 and Opera-9.10 on XP with SP2. Tested with minimum font size set in both FF and Opera.
