Keyboard Accessible Trial Version 1 - Dropdown top left

Testing Opera 9.5 with SHIFT and direction (arrow) keys

Using CSS1 and CSS2. This menu currently only works in Gecko 1.7, 1.8 & 1.9 and would you believe IE 5.5, IE 6 and IE 7. Currently working in roughly 95% of browsers according to the counter. The keyboard functionality does not work in Opera and browsers for Mac. Opera can be configured to show all links on a page. The Gecko browsers use :focus (pink background) and the Trident browsers use :active (blue background)

Update 30 Nov 2007: Works in Opera 9.50 (beta) using :focus. Works in Safari 3.0.4 (beta) using :focus but very buggy.

Update 21 Feb 2008: Recent Safari 3 (beta) nightly builds have fixed the above mentioned bug.

Opera 9.5 has the greatest accessibility. Using SHIFT plus the direction keys allows the full submenus to be shown and allows jumping directly across from top menu item to top menu item.

Normal hover functioning

Tested with IE 5.5, IE 6, IE 7, Gecko 1.7~1.9, Opera Opera 9.10~9.25 on Windows.
